Barcelona are said to be keeping an eye on Fabian Ruiz.

Ruiz was linked with potential moves to Barcelona and Real Madrid over this summer.

The 23-year-old, who has four years remaining on his current Napoli contract, lead Spain to a Euro U21 title last summer. 

David Silva will reportedly sign with Inter Miami at the conclusion of this Manchester City season.

The 33-year-old said that this season would be his last with City.

Silva is said to be attracted to the idea of being the face of the new franchise. He would join midway through Inter Miami's inaugural season. 

Fabián Ruiz is reportedly on the wish-list of Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Liverpool.

Fabian moved from Real Betis to Napoli in 2018 for $33.1 million.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly targeting Jadon Sancho and James Maddison for next summer's transfer market.

Sancho recently signed a long-term deal with Dortmund.

United expect Maddison to be valued upwards of $86 million.

United are also linked to other British names including Sean Longstaff, Callum Wilson, and Nathan Collins.

Mauricio Pochettino says he has no regrets over the departure of Kieran Trippier to Atletico Madrid. 

Trippier suggested recently that Pochettino and Daniel Levy didn't disclose their intention to sell him.

“I spoke to the manager about his plans and I didn’t get a yes and I didn’t get a no,” Trippier said. “So you get the impression. It’s disappointing. I gave everything for the club and I wanted to stay. I tried to speak to the chairman. I just didn’t really get an answer.”

“The only conversation when he [Trippier] arrived after the summer was when he came to see me, he asked me for a meeting, and said: ‘Gaffer, I think I have a good possibility and for different reasons I would like to accept the offer from Atlético Madrid,’” Pochettino said. “He didn’t ask me nothing. He only communicated whether the club were going to accept the offer. Nothing more. It wasn’t a conversation – Do you want me? Or don’t you want me?”

Trippier has tried to clear the air with Pochettino. 

“I’ve got no problem with Kieran,” Pochettino said. “In football, decisions happen and players move from one club to another. We need to move on. The reality is one reality but who is right in all this process? I keep very good memories of him.

“We signed him from Burnley for £4m when they were relegated [from the Premier League in 2015] and he was worried about whether he would play or not. I said: ‘Don’t worry, we are going to provide you with the best platform to perform.’ And one and a half years later, he was in the starting XI, he reached the national team, played the World Cup and now he’s with Atlético Madrid – when he was in the second division when we signed him.

“He played the final of the Champions League [in June] when I had plenty of different options – Serge Aurier, Davinson Sánchez, Kyle Walker-Peters. But he played the final. My actions talk more than my mouth.”

Liverpool has signed Paul Glatzel to a long-term contract.

Glatzel is a highly-rated 18-year-old academy member.

Glatzel signed his first professional contract with Liverpool in February and was rewarded with improved terms on Wednesday after a sensational 2018-19 campaign.

Glatzel scored 28 goals for the under-18s last season.

Paul Pogba has spoken with Lionel Messi about the possibility of joining Barcelona.

Pogba's future with Manchester United is uncertain as he's sought a move. Pogba has also been connected to a move with Real Madrid.

“I know he’s spoken with a few players, but not [Sergio] Ramos," said Mathias Pogba.

“Who? Oh, Messi. Sometimes, not always. Zlatan [Ibrahimovic]. [Antoine] Griezmann, because of the national team.”

Mathias added: “I don’t know about anyone from Real Madrid. Oh, [Raphael] Varane, yes, and yes, with [Zinedine] Zidane, yes.”

Mathias expects his brother to eventually sign with Barcelona or Real Madrid.

Manchester United are reportedly looking to line up a winter bid for Declan Rice for over $111 million.

The 20-year-old Rice has played a significant role for West Ham this season. 

Arsene Wenger said that not being able to sign Messi as a youth was one of his biggest regrets as Arsenal manager.

Wenger added that he was interested in Messi in 2003 when the club signed Cesc Fabregas.

"You have to live with regrets in life...We were in discussions with [Messi] when we bought Fabregas because Messi played [with him]....Pique and Fabregas came to England, Messi stayed in Spain. We were interested in him, but he was untouchable at the time," Wenger told beIN Sports.

Mario Mandzukic has been linked with a potential move to West Ham over the winter window.

The rumors come on the heels of Mandzukic getting left out of Juventus' Champions League squad.

Manchester United were linked with Mandzukic over the summer, though there were concerns about his fitness.
